I am very pleased to recommend Nicolas Vukovic, who worked with us at DK Sport as a
kayak instructor.
During his time with us, Nico consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism,
proactvity, and leadership. He did not wait to be told what to do—he naturally took
iniciatve, helped organise actvites, supported teammates, and ensured that daily
operatons ran smoothly.
Nico’s leadership skills stood out both on and off the water. He created a safe, positive,
and motivating environment for clients, which greatly enhanced their overall
experience. His ability to take responsibility and guide groups confidently in class 2 to 4
made him one of the most reliable instructors in our team.
As a kayak instructor, Nico was exceptional. His clients frequently finished their
sessions genuinely happy and satisfied, oYen highlighting how safe, confident, and
well-guided they felt under his instruction. His passion for the sport and his enthusiasm
were clearly reflected in the energy of his groups.
In addition, Nico has a strong command of English, which allowed him to communicate
effectively with international clients and colleagues. This, combined with his friendly
actude, made him especially valuable in a diverse, customer-focused environment.

During this season I was impressed with the technical level of guiding Nico came with. It
was very evident from the start that he was a very experienced and professional Raft Guide.
Even with English as a second language, Nico communicated well with all guests and ran
trips safely to the highest standard. He was also very valuable when we had Spanish
speaking guests on our trips!

Excelente experiencia. Aprendí muchísimo durante el curso y me llevé herramientas que me permiten desenvolverme con mayor seguridad y confianza. Se nota la pasión que tienen cada uno de los guías por enseñar y transmitir sus conocimientos. Lo que más me gustó fue que siempre nos trataron como colegas en formación más que como alumnos, creando un ambiente muy profesional y cercano al mismo tiempo. Recomiendo mucho tomar cursos con la escuela de rafting. He trabajado con Nicolas dictando ramos de rafting a instituciones muchas veces, y cada una de ellas es diferente y especial por la forma en que lidera el equipo y toma decisiones, realmente es un docente admirable con mucha vocación por la educación al aire libre.
